WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide!
DO I NEED TO SIZE UP TO GET THE OVERSIZED LOOK?
No! Everything is true to size but with the signature oversized look - no need to size up. If you would prefer a piece to have a more fitted look, we suggest to size down from your true size. Please refer to the SIZE CHART page to confirm your most correct size.
HOW DO I ISSUE A REFUND?
Please see our RETURN POLICY page for all information regarding returns & exchanges.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders placed within North America will take an average of 2-6 business days and international orders an average of 15 business days.
Please expect orders to be processed and shipped out within 2-5 business days of placing your order. We are a small team, so please be patient with us!

Our prices are all in USD dollars.
WHY ARE YOUR PRICES IN USD WHEN YOU ARE A CANADIAN COMPANY?
Majority of our expenses are in USD and the foreign exchange rate risk was too high for us to sell in CAD.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY STRGRL PIECES?
To keep your STRGRL clothing looking their best, follow the instructions on the inside of the garment. For best results, machine wash items inside out in cold water and let them hang to dry.
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?
We ship via Canada Post. Most items will have a tracking number. If you did not receive a tracking number with your order, please email us at info@strgrl.com.
WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES AND/OR TAXES?
CANADIAN ORDERS:
Purchases made in Ontario are subject to a 13% HST rate.
Purchases made in British Columbia are subject to a 7% PST and 5% GST rate.
Purchases made in Prince Edward Island are subject to a 14% HST rate.
Purchases made in Newfoundland are subject to a 13% HST rate.
Purchases made in Nova Scotia are subject to a 15% HST rate.
Purchases made in New Brunswick are subject to a 13% HST rate.
All remaining Canadian provinces are subject to a 5% GST rate on purchases.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
US & international orders are subject to any duties and/or taxes. These are implemented by the countries customs. By purchasing from STRGRL.COM you are responsible for such charges. Should you refuse to pay any duties/taxes associated with your order, your order will be returned to us and you will be credited for the full amount you paid, minus shipping costs.
